We are Tina & Nils from Cologne. MAZUNT was born because we were constantly torn between our phones and disposable cameras while traveling – and eventually, we simply built a better option.
Festival season is here. Rock am Ring, Hurricane, Southside, Deichbrand, Parookaville, and many more. Of course, you want to capture the moments that happen there. But with which camera? Your phone captures the vibe, you don't want to bring an expensive DSLR, and a disposable camera only has 27 photos for three days.
There's a better option, and we'll tell you what it is 😍
At festivals, your phone is the most used camera and at the same time the most frustrating.
We all know the feeling: you're in front of the stage, your favorite song is playing – and instead of just being present, you're filming. For whom, exactly?
Why your phone ruins the vibe at a festival
- Battery dead after the first concert – and then you have neither a camera nor a phone for the rest of the evening
- You lose the moment – if you're looking through the screen, you're not really there
- Screen time at a festival – sounds absurd, but it happens to everyone
- All photos disappear in the gallery – you'll never find them again among 500 other photos
- You can't put your phone in a locker – because you need it as a camera
- Phone photos at festivals all look the same – overexposed, blurry, too digital, no character
The phone simply isn't made for festivals. It's too valuable, too distracting, and too dependent on battery life.
Why a Retro Digital Camera is Perfect for Festivals
-
No Battery Anxiety
The MAZUNT's battery lasts for approximately 800 photos per charge. That's easily enough for an entire festival weekend – no power bank, no charging cable, no stress. Just pack it and go. -
Both Hands Free
With the MAZUNT wrist strap, the camera hangs securely on your wrist – leaving both hands free for dancing, drinking, and celebrating. And when the perfect moment arrives, it's instantly ready to use.
Tip: Our wrist straps are available in six different designs – from minimalist to colorful. Rainbow and Candy are perfect for festival season. -
Robust Casing
Festivals are not clean environments. Dust, rain, crowds – the MAZUNT is built for it. No fragile glass, no delicate display that can break. Just pack it and don't worry. -
Authentic Retro Look Directly While Shooting
Four pre-installed filters – Normal, Retro, Black & White, and Vibrant – instantly switchable at the touch of a button. No post-processing, no app. Your festival photos will immediately have character.
And because the camera doesn't have a screen, you shoot in the moment – without immediately checking if the photo turned out well. The result: more authentic images that truly capture the evening. -
Photos Instantly on Your Phone
After the festival, connect the camera via USB-C to your phone – and you'll have all your photos instantly. No developing, no waiting. Share directly, post directly.
So you don't forget anything at the festival:
- MAZUNT Retro Digital Camera – the main act
- MAZUNT Hand Strap – for secure photography and a cool look
- MAZUNT Camera Bag – safely store camera, cables, and adapters
- USB-C Cable – for charging and transferring (included)
-
For older iPhones: Don't forget the MAZUNT Lightning Adapter
Which filter for which moment?
- Retro filter – perfect for crowds, stage moments, and golden hour
- Black and white – strong for concerts with dramatic lighting
- Vibrant – for colourful festival outfits and daytime in the sunshine
- Normal – if you want the colours exactly as they are
Flash – when on, when off?
- Evenings and at concerts: Flash on Auto or On.
- Daytime outdoors: Flash off.
- The MAZUNT has three modes – On, Off, and Auto – directly adjustable on the device.
Save battery
The MAZUNT holds 800 photos – but if you want to be on the safe side: fully charge it before the festival and bring the USB-C cable for emergencies. Charging options are available in most camping areas.
Had it with me at a festival – best
decision. The photos have a completely different vibe than phone photos, and the battery lasted the entire weekend.
I was at Parookaville and had the MAZUNT with me. Everyone loved it, and it was passed around the entire weekend. Just a cool idea
It's so much fun taking the camera everywhere with me.
I love looking at the photos only in the evening – it's like a disposable camera, just much more practical and better photos 😍
No battery stress, no fragile display, a real retro look, and both hands free to party. The MAZUNT is not the most obvious choice for a festival – but definitely the best. Ready for summer? Click here to go directly to MAZUNT.
